Being tagged by NewMediaJim, I thought I’d go ahead and offer up the list…
1. I run a marathon every year in October to reflect on the year that has passed and prove to myself that I’m not getting [that much] older. On that note, I am one of ~40 that have run the Balto 26.2 every year since 2001.
2. I love the fact that my oldest son is into Transformers and Sci Fi and that he takes after my wife more than me.
3. In a world full of technology, entrepreneurship, business and family, simplicity has its rewards.
4. I’m a transplant from Chicago, and still believe that it is one of the greatest cities in the world.
5. Just sold a summer house in Dewey Beach, DE, and have hopes to be a resident again someday.
6. Been scuba diving at the Great Barrier Reef, jumped off a bridge into the ocean in Vina del Mar, Chile, danced on MTV in Buenos Aires, and rode my bicycle from Cincinnati to Chicago with nothing more than a credit card and flip flops (twice).
7. I’ve been a vegetarian since 1993 for a number of reasons that I don’t preach about.
8. Very, very lucky to be surrounded by kind, supporting folks that make the ride more fun.
